October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and we are encouraged to donate our time, money, and resources to help support and spread awareness about the ongoing fight against breast cancer. Standing together and supporting those affected by the disease is paramount. The month-long effort to raise awareness and generate support is something I feel should be practiced for twelve- months. Breast Cancer is an issue we must pay close attention to and support in every way possible.
Life can be overwhelming with mental and emotional stress. Meditation is essential and accessible. And when you include meditation in your home or work schedule, you can relax and focus. As well as transforming negative experiences into positive ones through meditation, creating a positive and more productive environment. In this way, meditation improves your mental health and wellness, providing an incredibly beneficial opportunity for self-discovery and leading to a more positive and vibrant lifestyle.
